The Pinnacle Star Foundation
The Pinnacle Star name derives from an individual being a guiding star in their homes, schools and communities while reaching their life pinnacle, striving to be the best they can in all aspects of their character. The Pinnacle Star Foundation partners with national and other community-based organizations who shares the understanding of how important it is to provide mentoring and sources of enlightenment to our youth, exposing them to a broader view of our society and world enabling them to set and achieve pinnacle star goals of high self-esteem, a positive self-image and making good life choices.
In addition to the Foundation’s commitment to education, we focus on youth mentoring and community-based initiatives, including coordinating with the youth in our mentoring program on volunteer activities with the North Texas Food Bank and the Forest Green Manor senior citizens home. The Foundation believes it is important to strike a balance with our youth on both mentoring and teaching them the value of service and uplift.
About
In 2015, The Pinnacle Star Foundation launched with a mission centered on youth mentoring, education and community engagement. The Foundation is supported by a group of individual volunteers, adjacent group partnerships from other community-based organizations and corporate sponsorships. The Foundation is managed by the folllowing board of Directors:

Via its annual fund-raising activities and corporate sponsorships, The Pinnacle Star Foundation has awarded over $40,000 in scholarships to qualifying high-school graduating students in the North Dallas communities since its founding in 2015
Services
The primary areas of focus for The Pinnacle Star Foundation are to:
Provide financial assistance to deserving students attending a college or university
Mentor youth in an effort to develop and build character, responsibility and citizenship
Encourage student academic excellence and focus in the areas of math, science, and technology
Expose students to various professional fields and options
Encourage education and contributions to the community fabric
Enhance opportunities for social collaboration and interaction
